Is spxrmo.exe a bad file?

I keep getting an alert that spxrmo.exe is trying to attach itself to my
startup group. It continues to popup, and I always block it. Now I am
wondering if maybe it is not a bad file. Google search did not help. Any
help will be appreciated.

Why would you believe it isn't a bad file?
Did you install something recently?
The fact it keeps trying to add itself to startup is
suspicious enough for me to deny it. Plus since
something, possibly bad, is trying to add it to startup,
there's something else to worry about.

Boot to safe mode and run a full MSAS scan in safe mode.

Also you may want to go to Tools/Suspected Spyware Report
and submit it through MSAS.

You are correct. There is absolutely no information available on it. If
you would, could you please rename the extension .exe to .xxx, compress
the file to a zip folder, password protect the folder, and email it to
me along with the *password*? Will forward it to MS.
