Is SP3 User Manager (usrmgr.exe) different?

After upgrading some machines to SP3 and SP4, User Manager for Domains
looks and is acting differently.

First off, I am getting the extra buttons that you normally only see in
User Manager for Domains that exists on a Terminal Server.

Also, I created a new user for the first time today w/ the new usrmgr
and the user's home directory automatically had Administrators assigned
Full Control rights to the folder only. Before, as expected, it will
only assign the user itself rights to the folder.

Just curious if anyone else noticed that.

TIA

I can't say that I specifically remember it at SP3, but I do remember
installing an SP and noticing extra buttons in user manager as well. I
think it was when I want from a fresh NT install with SP2 included to SP6a
though, IIRC.

But, like, what are you doing installing SP3 anyway?

Ray, that was my mistake. I was referring to installing SP3 and SP4 on
W2K machines and I didn't specify that.

I included the windowsnt.misc group because usrmgr is really a
management tool for NT4 domains.

Thanks for the feedback, though!
