Please be clairify if you know the answers... tanks!

Obviously English is not your first language Enjolife, please copy any error
messages that you receive and post them here.

What do you mean by 'outside'?

It all depends on which outside mail services you are trying to use.
Some do not allow you to bring the mail into Outlook Express or Windows Mail
in Vista.

Well, tanks to respond to me... and as I know my first language is not
English.. but this is not something that you should reply to me...I make a
stongly effort to write in English so if my words or not propely, it's not
necessary to let me know that the English is not my first language... !!!!!

Now when I was talking about "outside" this was mean when I'am not at home
and I want to take my message, is it anought clear?

Also, for all of the users, we have access to our Windows Mail box from
outside, you have only to connect to your server (Yahoo, Videotron, ... ) and
enter your e-mail adrress and password.

It was not my intention to offend you !!!!!

Sorry if you took my words to mean that I was.

Does your ISP provide a website where you can access your mail?

How are you trying to access your mail when not at home? Laptop or
Smartphone etc? Via access at work or by GPRS?

What happens when you try?

For fear of offending you again - your last paragraph is not very clear.

You need to have the correct names of the POP & SMTP servers that you are
connecting to.
