Is Samsung Printer Worth Money

I have a samsung ml1640 laser printer giving me poor perfomance and service centre seems to be very inefective......i had a complaint last month and they said a board complaint..and for 1 month its insercice centre.
poor service
slow service
totaly made crap which stoped working after 4 month of usage.
please dont buy any samsung printers..
 
I've got a Samsung CLP-500 that I've had for years, and it's been one of my best PC buys :thumb: I've not had any contact with the service centre though.

Which country was this in, as in the UK you could go back to the shop you bought it from if it happened at the 4 months mark.
 
Due to a working enviroment and using many brands I personally don't use anything other HP and Konicas now.
Every once in a while I'll get something different just to re-evaluate etc but it's been this way for a while now.

Oh.. I do have a few Canons.... iP100's with batteries for the lads in the fields. Possibly the best mobile printer I've found (tbh there isn't many mobile printers anyways :p )
 
bought it from india....

well i didnt know any replacement projects back here in kerala....i tried the samsung call centre also they also said tht they have nothing to do as i hav approached the authorised service centre directly.
