Is PSGuard problematic?

I just ran a scan of my computer and it says I am infected with a
PSGuard. What is it and is there an easy way to get rid of it? Easy is
better for me. I am real old, but I am not dead yet! ;)

It is non-viral malware.
If your scanner detected it, have it remove it. Otherwise...

Use S!ri's SmitfraudFix
