Is Outlook Running?

I am programming an Access application and need to know how to determine
within VBA if Outlook is running. Yes, I've posted this message in the
Outlook group as well.

to tell if a particular application is running as long as you know its class
name. http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0013.htm will show you have to
determine the class name if you don't already know it.
