Thankyou to Thomas for the solution to this annoying problem! In case you need to know how to get rid of it, go to
control panel> add/remove programs> click on CPR and remove.. it fixed the problem for me!

This worked for me to thank-you for posting this, it was
a headache trying to do a search on the microsoft
troubleshooting page.
