" is not a valid date

Whenever I open a windows-based explorer program (IE, or
Win Explorer, or File search), I get an Exlporer error
message saying:

" is not a valid date.

If you click ok, it just moves on and everything continues
on as if there was never an error message.

What is it looking at, and how do I correct it?
