I live in the UK and recently my IntelliMouse Explorer
has started playing up. After a few minutes of use my
mouse will stop working and has to be unplugged and
reconnected to get it to work again. I have come to the
conclusion that it is a hardware problem as countless
driver updates don't help, and the problem not only
occurs on this XP computers, but also my two other ME
computers.
Is my 2 year old mouse covered by a warranty, bearing in
mind that I live in the UK, and how can I get it replaced?
