Also, please take a look at the following link. Its a screen print of my documents and there's something in it called 'NSIS'. I have no idea what it is or how it got there. Please can you tell me what it is? Is it harmful?

I can only see one potential problem ... and would suggest you 'fix' this ...

O8 - Extra context menu item: Search with Wanadoo - res://C:\PROGRA~1\Wanadoo\WSBar\WSBar.dll/VSearch.htm

... unless you really want that searchbar.

NSIS ... Do you use Winamp? maybe this? http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Main_Page

Ok, I'll fix it, thanks.

As for winamp, I don't use it at all.
Well it looks like some 'download' thingie, maybe installed with your camera program or something ... as far as I can see it's not a nastie.

Is there anything in Add&Remove programs that may suggest what/were it came from?

Nope, I can't see anything.

Oh well, as long as its not a nastie, I'll leave it alone, thanks.

I ran ad-aware and it found bargain buddy and a win32 trojan.

I checked the boxes and I was wondering, will ad-aware permanently delete them of can they come back?

Here's an up to date HJT log:
