Is Movie Maker included with Windows XP?

I forgot whether I downloaded and installed Windows Movie Maker
or whether it came with Windows, but need to know for a
documentation. Please help me and tell me.

Movie Maker 2 was offered as a download.

Movie Maker 2.1 is installs with WinXP SP2.
