Is Messenger Plus a malware?

When I removed its MessagePlusLive TB Toolbar, it deleted files of other
programs in C:\Program Files (x86).....

Just what programs would that be that were removed? Just because a
program went to the program files directory to remove programs (other
components) it may have needed in order for it to function doesn't mean
it was spyware.

That Messenger Plus Live Toolbar un-installer deleted files of in
Acrobat, HP software, iTunes, .... That un-installer should have just
deleted its own stuff, not other programs'
