Is Lexar's 1 GB USB Flash Drive any good?

Hi. How is this Lexar brand for 1 GB USB Flash drives? I noticed the
current prices are cheap after the mail-in rebates according to
http://www.salescircular.com/ca/computer/usbstp.shtml ...

I have a feeling the hardware isn't reliable for this very low price. I
never even heard of Lexar. Any comments welcomed.

I've got a smaller Lexar keychain device, and it works ok (although I
don't have much use for it).

I think Fry's has the 1G on sale pretty cheap.
