Is it worth purchasing Frontpage 2003 if you already have 2002 ver

I already have frontpage 2002 and I am not sure if its worth upgrading to
2003. Is there anyone that has used both versions that can advise on whether
I should stick to 2002 version or get the 2003 version?
 
Go to the FP info pages about the new capabilities of 2003 and see if you
want/need those improvements. Hopefully you have learned CSS. If so 2003
will help you. It's more like Dreamweaver now ... even though it's like DW
v.4 which is a few years old.
