Is it really checking my system?

I can run the program just fine and it says my system is
clean. No errors... but when I go to the microsoft anti-
spyware directory I see a file called errors.txt. This is
what is in the file.

Should I be concerned?

No, that is an internal log, if it say's it's clean it's clean.
i would suggest that you run more than 1 antispyware prog, they all have different abilities.
