Is it possible to save power-point file in some format that it can be run
without office installed or power-point viewer.

You could convert the presentation to Flash with a tool like Wildform
WildPresenter Pro (http://www.wildform.com/demos/ - for a free trial). Or you
could convert to an executable file
(http://www.indezine.com/products/powerpoint/pp2003/ppt2exe.html). The second
link is if you use PowerPoint 2003. The site also contains instructions for
converting PowerPoint 2002 to and exe.
