Is it possible to set up customized recurring events in Outlook?

I need to set up a recurring event in Outlook that occurs the Sunday prior to
the last Sunday of every month. Is this possible and, if so, how do I do it?

Any response/help is greatly appreciated.

outlook provides no in built solution but WS Repeat Appointment may be able
to do this. It is available from Websetters.

or create it in excel and import it.
