I don't seem to be able to select text in textbox'es, is there

Ooops, I am not making myself clear, I meant to say I am unable

which wasn't all that helpful for me - I simply didn't understand the
suggested solution.
I think, that I'll add a menu item (Cut/Copy/Paste) to my MainMenu instead
of using a context menu.
What bugs me most is that it works with Pocket-Word...

It's a known issue with CF and unfortunately there is no reasonable
workaround. The textbox highlight is removed before ContextMenu pops up
