Is it possible to install "Microsoft Family Logon" to Windows 2000 Pro

Paul

I have a small home network that is currently comprised of
only one desktop running Windows 2000 Pro and one notebook
running Windows 98 SE.

I know Windows 98 has the Microsoft Family Logon built in,
but I don't think Windows 2000 has it. I wonder if there
is a way to install it in Win2k, or alternately, perhaps,
is there some way to configure the Win2k logon screen with
a drop down list containing all user names.

Thanks for your help.

Microsoft Family Logon is not an option in Windows 2000 networking. I know
of no way to do what you want natively, though it's possible for someone to
write a custom GINA for Windows 2000 that would do this - but I've never
heard of one.
