Does anyone know if it is possible to format cells in cms rather tha
points. I am trying to size some cells to a specifice height fo
printing. Can this be done or am I at the mercy of MS and have to jus
guess the size.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I believe one point is 1/72 of an inch, so you could figure out what you want
in cm, and convert it to points.

Row heights are measured in points. There are 72 points to an inch.

If you want to use VBA to set height and width in mm....which you then convert
to inches, although in your case, you wouldn't bother with the "convert to
inches" part.

Example: 49.81 points is .691806 inches.

..691806 inches is 17.57187 mm

Ole Erlandson has code for setting row and column dimensions in mm
