Is it possible to enlarge fonts in Outlook 2003 Navigation Pane?

Hello,
I have a user with a visual disability and she needs big fonts. Recently,
she has said her navigation pane has gone back to the default font settings
and she needs them to be large again. Note: she wants to change only her
Outlook view; she is resisting going to the display settings and using large
fonts there. I need to know if this is possible to do, without making
everything in her windows setup large. I don't see an option to attach a
screen shot, so here is a link to show what area I'm talking about. <a

The folder name font size in the Navigation Pane is controlled by the Windows
display settings (the Appearance tab of the display properties). There are no
Outlook-based controls for that. The same settings that control the size of
the Windows menu font control the Outlook folder name font.

You may want to look into enhanced accessibility features offered by
Windows 7

Windows XP's display scaling was fairly clumsy, but it's improved in
Windows 7. Test it and see if that might be an acceptable solution.

Another option is to use Outlook Web Access with Exchange 2007, there
you can scale the web browser view without affecting the rest of the system.

Would adding these folders to her Outlook favorites be sufficient? I
notice you are showing the list folders view.
