Is It Possible To Embed Soundclips In a Powerpoint Presentation or Show

I've found that downloaded sound clips used in PowerPoint have to be sent
with the Presentation or Show if you actually want people to hear them. Is
there anyway to get around that so the extra files don't have to be
included? I work in an organization and need to send out internal mail with
a PowerPoint show. I want people to be able to just open it from their
E-mail. But of course if you use (I found) these external sound clips, I
have to include the sound clips files in my E-mail and they first have to
save all the files in the same place and open the show from there. Not at
all how I want it to work.

PPT will only embed .wav formatted audio files. If you convert the sound
clips to .wav files and then reinsert they will be embedded into the actual
presentation. But a .wav format is one of the largest file size formats, so
your presentation could become to large to email...

NOTE: You have to change the default setting in PPT to embed files of any
size (the default is 100k). Go to TOOLS >> OPTIONS >> GENERAL tab and change
the 100 to 50,0000.
