Is it possible to change the look of Outlook 2003 to outlook 2000

I can't stand the new "eye candy" aspect of Outlook 2003. I very much prefer
the "plain" look of Outlook 2000 (I'm referring to the color scheme of 2003,
oversized "round" buttons, new toolbar separators, etc.).

Anyone know if/how to make outlook 2003 look just like outlook 2k?

You can't make it look just like OL 2000 did, but you can modify it
somewhat. See
