Is it possible to censor bits of the clip?

If, in the title of your post, you mean is it possible to obscure part of a
clip with pixelation or blur, then I have a feeling the answer is no, as in
my experience this involves using a travelling matte, which MM2 can't do.

I think there are many packages that will allow you to use travelling (or
track) mattes, but I only have experience with Adobe Premiere, which lets
you do it very easily.

For info on how to create a travelling matte for blurring a face take a look
at http://www.wrigleyvideo.com/videotutorial/tutdes_blurface.htm. It's
specific to Premiere, but the principle is pretty common.
