is it possible for 2 computers connected thru LAN connect thru dial-up?

Can 2 computers connected thru LAN connect to the
Terminal-server use 1 dial-up connection for both of them
to access the terminal server? Sort of like internet
connection sharing?
 
Do you mean that one PC has modem attached and any kind of NAT software
runned? And second PC just connected to first? As far as both PCs can access
any external resourses both can connect to TS.

Yes with one modem. I tried it but I cannot access
terminal-server. But when I disconnect the LAN connection
(the one with the modem) thats the time I can access the
TS.
 
Could you provide output of route print and ipconfig commands in both modes
(with connected and disconnected LAN)?
