Is it possble to import customer data?

I'm trying to do a mail merge from outlook but don't want to have to re-enter
all my customer data in Business Works over to outlook. Is there any way to
take that information and export it to outlook or import into outlook from
Business Works?
 
Export the file as a CSV file then Import it. That should work. You might
have to "map" the fields, but that just takes a few clicks to match up the
file with the program fields. Hope it works for you.

This is actually pretty easy. Export your data into CSV format from Business
Works. Then file -> import in Outlook.

My advice is to import these customers into a new contact folder just so you
can experiment with the file without damaging your existing data. You can
use Excel to modify the export file from Business Works, if necessary.
