Hi , i got the following question.... as a lot of people trying to use
MsComm may know at this point, if u try to distribute your application with
the mscomm control u will get a nasty error saying licensing for the control
not found...
People recommends to install the VB 6 ActiveX controls that installs the
licensing for the control on the registry.... BUT I CAN'T INSTALL VB6 ON
EVERY CLIENT MACHINE......
I found the registry key that is used for the MsComm , and that needs to be
installed to use the MsComm control on a client machine, is it legal that
add that key to the registry of a client machine?? i got both licenses for
VB6 and for .Net
