Is it a good sign that we dont talk alot about Avast ??

I use it mainly because its free . So far no complaint, it detect one
virus about a month ago so its seems to work ;-)

But since I am not reading a lot of post about it I wonder if I should
ignore it ??

I've always had good luck with Avast! The only problem I had with it was a
nasty SpySherrif spyware infection that my Dad's PC got. Virus wise, nada.
Zero. Zilch. I'd certainly recommend it as an alternative.

If you're happy with the protection it gives you, which it seems you
are then I say stick with it. Of all the free AV's on the market avast
is right up there with the best, certanly a lot more reliable at
stopping infections than AVG
