Is is it possible to Show Excel data on Sidebar gadget ?

Hi,

i was wondering , if there was a way to upload Excel data to Sidebar
gadget on Regular interval

If you're not trying to do this programmatically in a .NET application, this
isn't the right discussion group. To locate an appropriate Excel group, try
this.

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Office and Desktop
Applications. In the Office and Desktop Applications
subcategory, find and open the Excel subcategory. Find a group there for
your question.
