Is duel boot the only option?

I have a couple of small programs that only work in Win98 / DOS. I have set
my computer to duel boot (WinXP Pro & Win98 SE). I am having trouble getting
the modem and NIC to work in Win98. I think that they are either so new that
they are not compatable with Win98 or dont have drivers available.
Is there any other way to get DOS based programs to work in the WinXP
environment????

Did you simply try the "Combatibility" tab when you right-click on the
executable file for the application in question?

I tried the compatability tab with no luck. I contacted the manufacturer of
the software that I am trying to run and they say it wont work in WinXP.
And the OS's are not fighting each other. I have set up two seperate OS's
using Partition magic and Boot magic.

Any suggestions???

Shenan! <grins> Stop it! Give 'em the DOSBox link already!

DOSBox, an x86 DOS emulator:

Alright, so it's a 15 minute learning curve but if you can use DOS you can
figure that out. You will never - probably - have DOS in XP issues again.
