Any Program out there that will remove the date from the front of a photo ?

To remove date stamps from the face of digital
photos...you need image editing software that
has a Clone tool.

This is a tedious process that requires you to
copy portions of the photo that are similar to
the area where the stamp is and paste the new
section on top of it to hide it.

The following freeware has a clone tool:
