Is broken my hd??

Hi, i listen this sound near my Seagate 250Gb 2,5" hard disk:

What do you think?
I replaced my hd in my netbook installing a ssd.
After i tried to connect my hd with chinese sata-usb connector to
create a backup file but during the process the usb link has been
unplugged two or three times.
Now my Win 7 Starter Explorer file doesn't detect the hd. Is broken?

Not if the 2.5 SATA is identified in the laptop BIOS. Worst case it
may need to be reformatted. Buy the SATA cables with clasp-locks on
the end connectors.

I'll try next days through my desktop pc with sata connectors.
