is autocomplete available for XP as in Vista for outlook calendar

Using outlook 2003 for work, home computer has Vista and auto complete for
inputing repetetive stuff in subject line in calendar, but works laptop uses
XP, and this same facility doesn't seem to be available?
 
The subject does not support autocomplete. You must have something installed
that adds it.
