Wow CI - that means there may actually be more than one happy customer out thereCITech said:I did have some proplems when I first bought the machine, but once I got thru' to the technical people they got it all sorted, kept to promises, even refunded charges I had incurred.
I agree that there is plenty of bad press out there about MESH, but personally I would go back to them. Admittedly, I would only deal with my existing contacts, so I don't trust the overall setup.
And before anyone asks, I don't, never have, and never will work for MESH, nor do any of my relatives (that I know of ...)
Maybe, just maybe!Adywebb said:Wow CI - that means there may actually be more than one happy customer out there
I think this is where the problem lays - any PC can end up having a problem , but what you want is good customer service when it does - and this is where Mesh falls down badly.CITech said:Maybe, just maybe!
I think the key point from me is that it was the techies that really helped, the so called "Customer Services" staff were worse than useless! They were rude, misleading, and downright arrogant on times.
I don't think the support guys are supposed to deal directly with the public, but they certainly saved me from wanting to jump on a plane and pay them a personal visit !
I don't think there's any doubt - I always find it strange when you've paid for a warranty that you then have to pay again to get helpmissmesher said:do you think they could be making money from their premium rate number????
I suggest you come along to our main thread for a chat, more info on this link:michael 118 said:I have a Mesh Pc and to be honest, i havent any major hiccups with it and its served me a good 2 years. But i have heard so much bad things about mesh now, so if i do get round to buying a new pc, i wont consider getting a mesh one.
