you can check whether the explorer.exe process is running to tell if
there is someone logged on. getting the process owner will tell you
who is logged on.
Thanks, once I have that info, do you know of a way if they are logged
in via RDP? This would be on a WinXP box.
Currently it is possible for someone to be logged in, and at the end
of the day lock their PC, and then go home. Once they are home they
can remote to this PC and log in with their same creditials and get
the same session they left locked. How would I be able to tell if the
session they are on is a remote session? If they are on a remote
session, then I don't want to let them launch a certain program.
I know the easy solution is not to let anyone remote to their PCs but
this is not an option.
