irql not less or equal

When I'm using 3D games like call of duty after a few
minutes of playing I get the blue screen saying - Driver
irql not less or equal. It makes reference
to "TMHidF.sys". I have updated my drivers and checked my
ram are there any suggestions?
 
can be anything, try to check your display adapter first. and what is your
display adapter?

Start|Run|Type dxdiag |OK

Run the various troubleshooters. If you don't already have DirectX9.0b you
may want to upgrade.
