this is becuse their conflict of IRQ (Intreput query
request) of PCI components to solve the problem
.
start > run type control.exe
click on system applet
after that go to hardware > device manager after the
device manager open up locate any pci components right
click it if it shows yellow icon besides it right click >
properties and change settings of IRQ in resources tab you
have to set them manually if this does'nt happen then
update the driver

That is not the correct procedure for solving this type of error.

Hi Bob.

Was this after a full format and reinstall of Windows?
Or after formatting a different drive or partition than the one that
Windows was installed on?

See MVP Jim Eshelman's web page for STOP errors at
http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm and click on the "0A: IRQL Not
Less/Equal" item at the top of the left side column.

Good luck

Please include at least part of them message that you are replying to
with your response. It makes it easier to follow the conversation.

Did you check out the information regarding this error on Jim's web
page?

There are many suspects, including possible bad RAM.

Is it possible to swap some components (RAM, video card, etc.) between
a "known good" machine and this one?

Good luck
