IRQ sharing/conflicts

I have a Toshiba Satellite 2210XCDS running 2K Pro.

I cant get rid of the IRQ sharing /conflicts between

PCI to USB Universal Host Controller
LT Win Modem
ToPIC100 CardBus Controller
ESS Maestro PCI
ESS Maestro2E MPU-401

All of those devices are on IRQ 11.

Question
1. What is the max number of IRQ available.
2. How can I manually change the IRQ numbers

Are you *sure* you have a conflict? IRQ sharing is normal and desirable in
Windows 2000 and later.
