1.After I checked restrict permision to this document I give it the "change"
rights to (e-mail address removed)'s fine.But I don't want Jon to be able to save
the modified document locally--> save as must be invalidate like for "read"
rights. Is this possible ?

2.I created a rights policy template on the rms server but how can this
policy be aplied ?

Is this question concerning Microsoft Access?
This particular newsgroup deals with setting up security
in Access databases. If your question is concerning
Windows or another Office program, you probably
need to ask your question in a newsgroup devoted to
that subject.
