After using: Start->Prog Files->Accessories->Accessibility->Magnifier
...and even after reboot.
IE thinks that "fullscreen" is restricted to the area that
Magnifier restricted to.
It just happened, and seems very related to Magnifier having been run,
but won't stop acting this way. Irk...
There seems to be some registry setting that tells IE where
the top of it's "fullscreen" is???
...and Magnifier isn't a good citizen or something?
Thanks,
Tom
