Odd. Just three days ago, I could visit it, and there it was.

I did a check of the Whois state, and there I found

"Registrar of Record: TUCOWS, INC.
Record last updated on 19-Feb-2004.
Record expires on 06-Jan-2005.
Record created on 06-Jan-2000.

Domain servers in listed order:
NS1.ENTRYHOST.COM 38.113.1.32
NS2.ENTRYHOST.COM 38.113.1.33 "

which means, the domain registration hasn't expired yet. Xeran.com is
located at the IP number 38.113.1.175, irfanview should be at
38.113.1.176, though.

A tracert to Xeran doesn't really "reach" the domain, I get a timeout.
The same happens with Irfanview. I am afraid there is something wrong
with the server they are hosted on.

just according to the link's name[1], I'd say Irfans bandwith limit
has exceeded and you have to try again later.

has exceeded and you have to try again later.
