Irda pinout in Aopen AX6BC

I have a trouble.
I have cable Irda with 5 pinout and on mainboard in pc i have 6 pinout
can enyone help me or maybe someone know with pins are used to connect
my irda to mainboard,i have in:
Irda
1- +
2-unused
3- Rx
4- -
5-Tx
and on mainboard:
1-??
2-unused
3-??
4-??
5-??
6-??

The IrDA connector pinout on the AX6BC is as follows - 1:+5V,
2:unused, 3:Ir Rx, 4:ground, 5:Ir Tx, 6:unused

but even when i conect cabel to mainboard there nothik happend when i
on pc. i check setings in bios but i dont know how to set Hi,LO or
delay ...
i try some setings but windows dont see new setings ...
