IRCOMM for Windows 2000

Hi,

I have been trying to access the internet using the Nokia
9310i's GPRS facility by using dial up. However when i try
to setup the Nokia modem it says i need to install IRCOMM.
I have been trying to do that for a while now. Does
anybody have a solution to this.
