help i have this virus on my computer infected msconifg, asfar as im away my
firewall is blocking its commincation but it may be mailing itself out, how
do i get rid of it cause avg cant remove it. other virus scanners dont
detect it even running worm removal tools in safe mode dont find it

Other av scanners don't detect it? Look at this:

If other scanners don't detect it maybe avg is false alarming.
