IPv6 only networking?

Is it possible to have IPv6 only networkinng on a win2k3 server box? I would
like to test a scenario when my box doesn't have any IPv4 address (maybe
apart from loopback 127.0.0.1) but can access for example ftp.mozilla.org.
This involves setting DNS server but I can't find any place where I can set
my IPv6 DNS.

You need to use netsh to add an ipv6 address.
Try the following context
netsh interface ipv6 add dns
