iprtrmgr.dll missing

I've now found out that the reason i get a routing remote access error (as I
explained in a previous post), is beacuse the file iprtrmgr.dll is missing.
I'm convinced i'm missing a component, but havnt got clue which one.

Network Routing. In future you can find them yourself by creating a filter.
Just click on the little funnel.
