ipod not seen by itunes

Hi everyone,

hoping someone can help with a problem I am having with ipods that are seen by my PC in explorer but not seen in itunes.........

when I plug the ipods into the usb port/s they are detected by the PC as connected but when I open itunes they are invisible.............

The motherboard is supposedly usb2.0 and it is enabled in the BIOS..........

the ipods are ok on other PC's and can be seen in itunes ok also.............

can anybody help?

i haven't got one so im not 100% but it hink you can set it to be seen as a drive which i think yours must be set to, have a flick through the manual as im not sure on this

stick ur itunes disk back in and then follow instructions ... u will download a driver for it and you have to restore to factory settings aswell it aswell
