IPM.Note to IMP.post

IPM.Note to IMP.post

The problem i have is that messages going to the public folders becomes an IPM.Post. I have called microsoft support cente
for the hot Fix http://support.microsoft.com/?id=832492. I have install the hot fix and configure the new setting by
creating the "Incoming defaults to IPM.Note" registry value in the following registry subkey
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\<ServerName>\Public-<GUID>
Value name: Incoming defaults to IPM.Note
Value type: DWORD
Value data: 0 or 1 0 (zero) is default (0=false).


After all of this i still have the problem,

steps take

1 install the hot fi
2R-boot serve
3 config the registry ke
4 stop and start the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service
5 R-boot serve

any help on this problem would be grea

Try asking in microsoft.public.exchange.admin. The Exchange admins there are
more likely to be familiar with problems related to getting this hotfix to
work.
