Iphone and Outlook using different contact folders

Can I create a contact folder, enter atty names and then sync it to iphone?
I want to separate my contacts in different folders and sync it to iphone.
Using outlook 2003, windows xp, and iphone.

Depends on the features of iTunes, which is what is used to sync Outlook and
an iPhone. Read the docs.
