This is my home configuration
pc1, pc2 and pc3 are 3 windows 2000 professional pc, pc3
has 2 network cards
PC1----------------PC3---------------PC2
10.0.1.95 10.0.1.1 10.0.0.1 10.0.0.4
Pc1:IP: 10.0.1.95
MASK: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 10.0.1.1
Pc2: IP: 10.0.0.4
MASK: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 10.0.0.1
Pc3: IP1: 10.0.1.1 IP2: 10.0.0.1
MASK: 255.255.255.0 MASK: 255.255.255.0
From pc3 I'm able to ping pc1 and pc2, but I'm not able to
ping pc1 from pc1 crossing pc3.
Of course I've enabled the "enablerouting" key in the
registry, still it doesn't work...
why?
